Senior Project Manager – Charlotte, NC Market
1st Choice Glass, Inc. (1CG) is growing in the Charlotte market and we’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team!
With over 20 years of expertise, 1CG is a trusted commercial glazing contractor specializing in curtain wall, storefront systems, entrances, structural glass, and integrated cladding solutions. We partner with leading general contractors on high-quality projects across the Southeast from our Charlotte-area (Indian Trail), Atlanta, and Charleston offices.
About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead commercial glazing projects in the CLT market from preconstruction through closeout. This includes supporting estimating efforts, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with GCs and subcontractors, overseeing quality and safety, and delivering results that reflect our commitment to excellence. You’ll work closely with company leadership and help shape the growth of our Charlotte operations.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction (glazing/facade or specialty trade experience is a strong plus)
• Proficiency with Procore and construction estimating/management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
• Solid understanding of construction documents, specifications, building codes, and jobsite safety
• A proactive, collaborative professional who values Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Professionalism
