At 1CG we believe that giving back to the community is a responsibility of every company. We partner with several charitable and community organizations to help those that need it most, with not only financial donations but more importantly our time. We have seen that these events have proven to be the most powerful team building experience in our company.
Teal Diva
The mission of Teal Diva is to celebrate victories, honor memories, empower women, educate the community and fund research specific to gynecologic cancers. We are not specifically targeting the tumor. There are a lot of amazing organizations and people working on research. Our core focus is on the mental and emotional health of those affected by gynecologic cancers. Our community outreach is designed to bring women together outside of the clinic as well as educate young women on the signs and symptoms of the disease.

Love One Another Ministries
We go into low income and at risk areas in the city of Monroe to disciple and help kids, youth and families to move forward into a productive future through the tools of ministry. We lead Bible studies of Discipleship. Lead community outreaches. Equipping and challenging youth and families to apply what they learn. We also tutor youth in reading, writing and arithmetic, and encourage them to be leaders in their school and communities.
